This is a high-impact enterprise technology role focused on bridging business needs with modern digital platforms, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and digital experience or asset management systems. You will play a key role in translating complex operational requirements into clear functional specifications that guide design, development, and implementation across multiple enterprise systems. The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, requiring strong collaboration with stakeholders, architects, developers, and external vendors to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. You will support digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and drive measurable organizational outcomes. With a strong emphasis on requirements governance and solution alignment, you will ensure that platforms are implemented effectively and continuously optimized. - Lead end-to-end business and functional requirements gathering across digital, operational, and enterprise workflows.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and DXP/DAM solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and design sessions to align on solution scope and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and vendors to support system design, integration, and implementation activities.
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring scope control and delivery quality.
- Support vendor evaluation processes, including RFP development and SaaS platform selection.
- Coordinate and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify process and system gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- 7–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise, SaaS, or digital transformation environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, CRM platforms, or DXP/DAM systems.
- Proven expertise in requirements analysis, process modeling, and functional solution design.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based platforms, system integrations, APIs, and relational databases.
- Experience working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or large-scale system implementation initiatives.
- Non-profit or mission-driven organization experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex, enterprise environments.
- Competitive salary range of $90,729.60 to $136,094.40 CAD depending on experience
