Valet - Afternoon & Weekends in Rocky River, Ohio at Westwood Country Club

Westwood Country Club is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Valet Attendants to join our team. As one of the first points of contact for our members and guests, Valet Attendants play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience from the moment guests arrive.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced hospitality team.

Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet members and guests upon arrival.
Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles.
Open vehicle doors and assist guests with loading or unloading items as needed.
Maintain an organized and clean valet area while helping ensure smooth traffic flow.
Provide courteous assistance and exceptional customer service to members and guests.
Follow all club safety procedures and valet protocols.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years old.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous valet, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
