This is a high-impact senior sales leadership role focused on expanding enterprise presence across the Australian market.
You will be responsible for driving strategic new business acquisition within complex, data-driven enterprise environments.
The role involves engaging senior stakeholders, from technical practitioners through to C-level executives, shaping long-term value-based partnerships.
You will navigate sophisticated, multi-threaded sales cycles with large enterprise organisations.
The position sits within a fast-scaling global revenue team operating at the forefront of modern data infrastructure and AI-enabled analytics.
It offers the opportunity to influence regional growth strategy while working closely with product, solutions, and technical teams.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping enterprises unlock value from modern data transformation platforms.
- Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close and long-term account growth, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to expand market presence and build a strong enterprise pipeline across Australia.
- Lead consultative engagements with senior technical and business stakeholders, translating complex data challenges into tailored solutions.
- Coordinate closely with pre-sales, solutions engineering, and product teams to deliver compelling demonstrations, proofs of concept, and enterprise proposals.
- Contribute to refining sales methodologies, playbooks, and go-to-market strategies to improve overall revenue performance.
- 6+ years of success in enterprise technology sales with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, consultative manner.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging executives through to technical practitioners.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
- Familiarity with SQL, data platforms, or analytics engineering concepts is highly advantageous, or a willingness to develop this expertise.
