The environment is fast-moving and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, iteration, and real-world clinical impact. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape how AI is applied to critical healthcare communication workflows at scale.

- Translate complex healthcare operations into structured, prioritized product requirements, maintaining a living roadmap that evolves with customer and market insights.
- Lead deep customer discovery through interviews, workflow observation, and direct engagement with clinical, operational, and administrative users.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI capabilities, including LLMs and conversational systems, into scalable product solutions.
- Partner closely with engineering leadership to guide architecture decisions, technical tradeoffs, and delivery sequencing.
- Design and run structured experiments (pilots, A/B tests, and phased rollouts) to validate product hypotheses and measure AI performance.
- Ensure product compliance and safety within healthcare environments, including HIPAA, data governance, and clinical workflow constraints.
- Align cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and go-to-market functions to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new capabilities.
- 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years working on AI, NLP, conversational AI, or machine learning-powered products.
- Strong experience leading product discovery in complex B2B or healthcare environments, with direct exposure to clinical or operational workflows.
- Solid technical fluency, including the ability to engage in architecture discussions, evaluate AI systems, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and API-based system integration.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA, data privacy, and secure handling of sensitive information.
- Proven ability to define clear product strategy, write detailed PRDs, and communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
- Experience shipping AI-enabled products at scale and iterating based on real-world performance data and user feedback.
- Strong leadership, prioritization, and communication skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Competitive base salary with eligibility for equity compensation (restricted stock units).
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one.
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match and immediate vesting.
- Remote-first work environment with flexibility across the United States.
- Generous paid time off, including 17 company holidays and 2 floating holidays.
- Paid parental leave and family support benefits.
- Home office and productivity support stipend.
- Internal mobility and career advancement opportunities.
- Additional wellness, mental health, and employee assistance programs.
