Portfolio Value Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Portfolio Value Marketing Manager based in the United States.

This role is responsible for shaping and communicating the unified value story of a complex cardiopulmonary portfolio across North America. You will translate a broad range of products and services into a cohesive, customer-centric narrative focused on clinical, economic, and operational outcomes. Acting as a strategic connector across product marketing, sales, clinical, and corporate accounts teams, you will ensure consistent messaging that elevates conversations from individual products to integrated solutions. The position plays a key role in influencing hospital systems, IDNs, and clinical stakeholders by demonstrating long-term value and partnership impact. It combines strategic marketing, healthcare economics, and cross-functional leadership in a highly collaborative environment. You will also help shape market perception through evidence-based storytelling and portfolio positioning.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the development and execution of portfolio-level marketing strategy, ensuring a unified value proposition that connects multiple products and services into a cohesive market narrative.
  • Define and maintain integrated messaging frameworks that translate clinical, operational, and economic benefits into compelling customer-facing stories.
  • Partner closely with product marketing, sales, clinical, and corporate account teams to ensure alignment between product-level positioning and broader portfolio strategy.
  • Develop high-impact marketing tools and assets such as value decks, economic narratives, playbooks, and executive-level presentations tailored to hospital stakeholders.
  • Drive value-based storytelling including total cost of ownership, workflow efficiency, utilization impact, and long-term health system outcomes.
  • Support strategic account engagements and IDN discussions by enabling multi-product and long-term partnership positioning.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen portfolio differentiation through bundled messaging, coordinated launches, and integrated commercialization strategies.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in medical device marketing, healthcare marketing, or related commercial roles, with exposure to complex healthcare systems.
  • Strong ability to translate clinical, technical, and financial concepts into clear, persuasive, customer-facing narratives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, clinical, and service teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare economics, hospital purchasing dynamics, and value-based selling approaches.
  • Excellent analytical and financial acumen with the ability to structure complex data into business cases and strategic messaging.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging healthcare executives and clinical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
