- Lead change management efforts by creating clear communications and enablement materials that drive adoption across the organization.
This role requires a strong mix of program management expertise, talent strategy experience, and the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. You should be comfortable building structure where none exists and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- 7+ years of experience in talent management, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, or workforce strategy, ideally within complex or global organizations.
- Proven experience designing and scaling people programs from concept through execution and adoption.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
- Systems thinker with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured frameworks, processes, and scalable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience operating in high-growth or rapidly evolving environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align people programs with broader organizational goals and outcomes.
- Competitive base compensation with additional bonus and equity opportunities (role-dependent)
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
- Generous paid time off, including holidays and flexible PTO policies
- Remote, hybrid, or onsite flexibility depending on location and team needs
