  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, and RevOps to operationalize pricing across systems and GTM execution
  • Build dashboards and financial models to track pricing effectiveness, revenue impact, and margin performance globally
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in pricing strategy, monetization, and revenue optimization within complex SaaS or subscription-based environments, combined with strong executive leadership and analytical capabilities.

  • 10–15+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue operations, finance, consulting, or related commercial leadership roles
  • Strong background in SaaS, subscription, or technology-driven business models
  • Proven track record of designing and scaling pricing and packaging strategies across global markets
  • Experience with monetization programs, pricing transformations, or large-scale commercial rollouts
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with deep understanding of ARR, ACV, LTV, and CAC
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional alignment at scale
  • Familiarity with AI-driven pricing tools, predictive analytics, and data modeling techniques
  • Experience in multi-currency or international pricing environments strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with strong executive presence
Benefits
  • Competitive executive compensation including base salary and performance-based bonus

  • Quarterly global “Days of Disconnect” for company-wide recharge
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Parental and family leave, including support for new parents and pet parents
  • Wellness reimbursement program supporting personal health and fitness
  • Mental health and employee assistance programs, including Calm subscription access
