This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Affiliate Manager based in Brazil.
This role sits at the center of a fast-growing international digital performance ecosystem focused on LATAM iGaming markets.
You will be responsible for developing and scaling affiliate partnerships that directly drive traffic quality, acquisition, and revenue growth.
The position requires a strong understanding of performance marketing dynamics and the ability to manage relationships with high-value affiliates.
You will operate in a data-driven environment, optimizing campaigns based on KPIs such as FTDs, NGR, and retention metrics.
A key part of the role is building long-term, trust-based partnerships across multiple LATAM markets.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and operational teams to ensure campaign efficiency and compliance.
This is a high-impact role where network strength, negotiation skills, and performance focus directly shape business growth.
- Build, recruit, and manage a portfolio of affiliate partners across LATAM markets, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.
- Develop long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent engagement, performance alignment, and mutual growth.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models in coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using key metrics such as FTDs, NGR, traffic quality, and retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, analytics, payments, risk, CRM, and compliance) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory/compliance requirements defined by the operating framework.
- Prepare regular performance reports, insights, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally within the iGaming or performance marketing industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with LATAM markets and an existing network of active affiliate partners.
- Deep understanding of affiliate KPIs, performance marketing models, and traffic optimization strategies.
- Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with English required and Spanish and/or Portuguese considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote, and results-driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
