- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for a portfolio of ISV partners including onboarding, enablement and performance management.
- Drive ISV readiness and platform adoption through structured onboarding and technical enablement.
- Lead joint GTM and co-sell execution with Sales and ISV partners.
- Establish Joint Business Plans and track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Represent the company within the ISV ecosystem at industry events and strategic forums.
- Act as the primary ISV advocate across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelors degree in business, technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in ISV partnerships or business development within B2B technology.
- Proven success in building and scaling revenue-generating partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and business models.
- Experience driving joint GTM and co-sell motions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
