About This Position
We at American Pool are looking for a President to lead our Commercial Aquatics operation for our Greater Dallas Market. American Pool is the largest commercial pool management company in the United States, offering staffing, maintenance, and renovation services with a focus and deduction to safety. Our purpose is to inspire and create happier and healthier moments. As President for American Pool in Dallas, you will play a key role in supporting this mission by steering the comprehensive business operations of our properties and facilities and executing on business strategy. This strategic position entails full accountability for both staff management and the seamless integration of corporate strategies into local operations, encompassing sales growth, technology adoption, and alignment with company driven directives. We are looking for strong leaders who have experience with commercial pool renovation and repair and an entrepreneurial mindset excited to grow a market.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Execution: Implement and enforce directives from the Executive Team and CEO, driving operational excellence.
Operational Oversight: Proactively recommend and execute operational enhancements, maintaining alignment with corporate objectives.
Team Management: Lead management teams to surpass performance and sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence.
Customer Experience: Supervise delivery of exceptional customer service, reflecting the company's premium standards.
Safety and Compliance: Champion a safety-first approach in all operational aspects.
Financial Stewardship: Manage full P&L responsibilities, ensuring robust financial health and reporting to executive leadership.
Business Growth: Drive sales innovations, strategic development, and profitability in line with company goals.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Industry Experience: Strong preference for candidates with experience in the pool industry, specifically with commercial pool repair and renovations.
Industry Experience: Proven multi-unit management experience.
Decision Making: Demonstrated ability in both qualitative and quantitative analysis and decision-making.
Financial Acumen: Proficient in budgeting, setting sales targets, and P&L management.
Change Management: Skilled in guiding teams through transitions and changes.
Goal Achievement: Consistent record of meeting and surpassing goals.
Team Building: Expertise in hiring, training, and coaching teams to deliver top-tier brand experiences.
Sales Expertise: Solid background in sales; CRM and Salesforce experience advantageous.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sitting, standing, and walking
Prolonged use of computers involved; use of hands and finger coordination
Working outdoors for prolonged periods of time
Carrying, pushing, pulling, and lifting 50+ lbs

LOCATION
This position is based out of our corporate office located in Dallas, TX. Travel to client locations across the region will be required.
