We are seeking a highly skilled Grand Central & Prelude Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of Epic’s Grand Central and Prelude modules, with deep expertise in facility structure and related workflows. JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
    Participates within a team environment with responsibility for leading the configuration, maintenance and support of assigned information systems. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining knowledge of software functionality. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Leads the collaboration process with business partners and peers to document business processes and requirements. Mentors junior staff.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
    Information Services is committed to providing leadership, support and coordination of technology at Samaritan Health Services. The IS Informatics team supports the Electronic Health Record (EHR), including training and at the elbow support, Picture Archiving Communications System (PACS), and integrations. The IS Informatics team maintains responsibility for production support 24/7 for the business line.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
    One (1) of the following required:
      Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years experience in Information Technology and/or project management. Ten (10) years of relevant healthcare experience.
    One (1) Epic certification/accreditation/proficiency required within six (6) months of hire. Obtaining additional proficiencies, accreditations, or certifications related to assigned modules may be required based on department’s operational needs and at manager discretion. Experience in a healthcare environment preferred. Experience in project management preferred, including development and management of detailed project plans, objectives, control methods and coordination of project team efforts.

Ability to train and successfully mentor less experienced and junior team members to increase the effectiveness of the overall team. Work Management: Ability to set attainable team goals at the appropriate level which are based on the overall mission or purpose and, working independently and coordinating with others, successfully complete those goals. Ability to plan, document, coordinate, and sequence tasks to effectively complete committed deliverables.
