As an Account Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of our client relationships, ensuring service excellence while identifying new opportunities for growth. Your goal: to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.

• Develop account strategies and action plans aligned with client needs and business objectives

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality service solutions

• Lead business reviews and maintain consistent, clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders

• Support onboarding of new clients in collaboration with the business development team

• Manage contract budgets, schedules, and ensure profitability

• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Manager (landscaping industry experience is a strong asset)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscaping or related field

• Bilingual – fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Aspire, LMN, or Adobe InDesign is a plus

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented

• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
