- Respond to internal and external requests for quality-related data.
- Conduct product investigations and analyses to identify potential systemic risks.
- Assess escalated complaints and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Collaborate across departments to foster a culture of quality and compliance.
- Expertise in statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced skills in Excel and statistical tools like Minitab.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards including ISO 13485 and EU MDR.
- Excellent project management and time management abilities.
