This role is essential in driving our integration strategy, encompassing the prioritization and management of pre-built integrations across various operational systems. The Principal Product Manager will bridge product development, engineering, and partnership initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity for our customers' workflows. By collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders, you will maintain a roadmap that evolves with market demands while optimizing enterprise functionality. Your work will significantly influence our competitive edge and customer satisfaction in leveraging integrated solutions.Accountabilities

• Own and refine the roadmap for pre-built integrations across multiple systems.
• Prioritize integration requests based on customer and market needs.
• Define clear functional and technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of integrations from scoping to launch and improvements.
• Partner with engineering leads to ensure scalable, predictable integrations.
• Conduct customer and market discovery to inform integration strategies.
• Lead relationships with iPaaS partners, ensuring ecosystem alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for smooth integration delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Management, Technical Partnerships, or Integrations leadership.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows including ERP and inventory systems.
• Proficient communicator capable of translating complex needs to technical teams.
• Experience with iPaaS solutions and managing integration requirements.
• Ability to balance immediate delivery needs with long-term strategic goals.
• Experience thriving in cross-functional environments with quick alignment.
