Maintenance Technician (FT /PT)

Nutritional Resources is looking for a motivated, energetic, and dependable Maintenance Technician who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, learn something new, and take ownership of their work. We're seeking a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and pump systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and identify root causes to minimize downtime.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of:
  • Mechanical systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Pneumatic systems
  • Pump systems
  • HVAC systems
• Experience in food manufacturing, food processing, or another manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of food safety requirements, including:
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
  • Sanitation and allergen control procedures
