You will act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping long-term technology roadmaps and ensuring Salesforce ecosystems are built for scale, performance, and sustainability.
The position combines hands-on solution architecture with leadership in pre-sales, delivery governance, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple technology domains.
You will play a key role in translating complex business challenges into robust, future-ready Salesforce architectures that integrate seamlessly with broader enterprise systems.

- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions aligned with client business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Own solution architecture, technical design, integration strategy, and governance across complex Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into structured, scalable technical architectures while evaluating solution options and trade-offs.
- Lead technical solutioning for proposals, RFPs, demos, proof-of-concepts, and pre-sales engagements supporting business development efforts.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, ensuring adherence to best practices in performance, security, and system design.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including Salesforce, data, ERP, analytics, and strategy practices to deliver integrated enterprise solutions.
- Identify delivery risks early and guide mitigation strategies to ensure high-quality, successful project outcomes.
- Mentor and coach architects, consultants, and technical teams through reviews, knowledge sharing, and best-practice enablement.
- Contribute to practice growth through reusable frameworks, thought leadership, accelerators, and industry engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce and other strategic partners to support innovation and solution expansion.
- 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions, including significant hands-on architecture and technical leadership experience.
- Deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, including integrations, data architecture, security, governance, and multi-cloud implementations.
- Strong experience designing and leading large-scale enterprise transformations involving complex business processes and third-party system integrations.
- Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders while communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud platforms, and modern software development lifecycle practices.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring technical teams and establishing architecture standards across engagements.
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect) strongly preferred.
- Experience working with nonprofit, higher education, healthcare, or public sector clients is highly valued.
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and ability to balance technical depth with business impact.
