  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and risk professionals, ensuring strong execution, capability building, and organizational alignment.
Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience managing managers and building high-performing analytical or risk teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Deep technical expertise in IFRS 9, ECL methodologies, stress testing frameworks, and risk modeling practices.
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to translate complex datasets and models into actionable business insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with executive stakeholders in Finance, Product, and Technology, with strong influencing and communication skills.

  • Strong academic background in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
