  • Provide regional leadership by managing Project Managers, Field Managers, and Project Coordinators, setting expectations, and driving accountability and performance excellence.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex project, customer, and field-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Own regional financial performance, including margin control, forecasting accuracy, cost management, and change order approvals within authority limits.
  • Strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships by ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and alignment with operational and sales teams.
  • Drive process consistency, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives across tools, reporting, and project management systems.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence across all job sites and field operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams in construction, engineering, or service-based project environments.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) and tools such as scheduling software, Excel, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or Procore).
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work remotely while leading distributed teams and traveling periodically across the Western U.S.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $110,000 – $125,000 per year, plus incentive opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits package effective from day one (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage)
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays
