Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. This role will play a key part in translating merchandising priorities into compelling digital marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and organic channels. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, organized, and creative, with a strong ability to manage projects end-to-end while keeping timelines, messaging, and execution aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Merchandising teams to understand product strategies, key collections, and promotional priorities across assigned lines of business
- Develop the marketing stories and narratives that bring product collections and promotional initiatives to life across digital marketing channels.
- Develop clear and actionable project briefs for marketing campaigns, collections, and initiatives
- Create and contribute to social content concepts and messaging
- Package and organize creative inputs (messaging, product details, imagery, video footages, and requirements) for creative teams to produce final assets
- Coordinate execution across digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, SEO, Influencer, Affiliate, paid search, and web
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned with merchandising and business objectives
- Support post-campaign reporting and insights to inform future initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing management, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field required
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, creative, and marketing teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social, search, SEO, and influencer
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically
Preferred Attributes
- Experience promoting product collections or retail initiatives
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Experienced in social media marketing
- Data-driven mindset with an interest in performance reporting and optimization
