This is a fully remote, contract position.Accountabilities
- Act as a strategic partner to managers and employees on HR matters including performance management, goal setting, and employee feedback
- Manage day-to-day employee relations, including conflict resolution and coaching
- Oversee benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR-related compliance processes
- Coordinate training and development initiatives across the organization
- Manage leave requests and ensure adherence to US labor laws and policies
- Provide guidance on compensation administration and HR systems management
- Support global HR operations including US immigration inquiries outside APAC hours
- 710 years of HR experience with strong expertise in benefits, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies, ideally within healthcare or health tech
- Proven ability to support and collaborate with global teams across multiple geographies
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as ADP for payroll and performance management functions
- Solid understanding of US employment laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
