- Streamline workflows across departments to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners, negotiate carrier rates, and ensure timely shipping.
- Implement new operational systems, processes, and tools to enhance scalability and performance.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or inventory-driven industries.
- Proven track record in inventory management, optimization, and workflow improvement.
