Position Summary:

The Herington Supervisor is responsible for overseeing both the direct and indirect care of patients across all age groups. This role plans, organizes, and directs the specialty services under their supervision while ensuring high quality, patient centered care. The Supervisor supports the Director and Clinical Manager with front office administrative operations, performance improvement initiatives, staff development, and all other duties as assigned. This position ensures that staffing, supplies, and resources are used efficiently and remain within the agency’s budget.

Minimum Education
-
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Minimum of 5 years’ nursing experience
Home Health or Hospice experience preferred

Current Kansas Registered Nurse license
Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider, or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider), or successful completion within the first 90 days of employment.
Valid Kansas Driver's License with clear driving record
