This role offers the opportunity to build and grow a meaningful financial advisory practice while serving credit union members across all stages of their financial journey. - Manage and grow a book of business while providing ongoing financial advice and portfolio guidance to credit union members.
- Develop new client relationships through strong referral networks and the credit union’s established member base.
- Deliver personalized financial planning and investment solutions aligned with client goals and risk profiles.
- Utilize a broad platform of investment products and planning tools to create tailored strategies without proprietary product limitations.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, trust-building, and long-term financial guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leverage organizational resources to enhance client outcomes and business growth.
- Ensure all advisory activities comply with regulatory, licensing, and firm requirements.
This role requires strong financial advisory experience, regulatory licensing, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a service-driven, sales-oriented environment. Candidates should be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working within a structured yet flexible advisory model.
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) licenses required.
- Active insurance license required.
- 3+ years of experience in investment sales, financial advising, or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and portfolio construction.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and grow a book of business.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative sales skills.
- Strong ethical standards, client-first mindset, and regulatory awareness.
- Ability to work independently while leveraging firm resources and technology platforms.
- Base salary range of approximately $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience and location.
- Eligible for uncapped sales incentive compensation based on performance.
