Accountabilities:
  • Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
  • Maintain and optimize Collibra data catalog environments, ensuring metadata accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across teams.
  • Collaborate with business, analytics, compliance, and technology stakeholders to document data assets, lineage, ownership, and governance processes.
  • Assist with data quality initiatives, governance reporting, and process improvement efforts to support operational and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate data stewardship activities and help drive adoption of governance best practices throughout the organization.
  • Analyze data management workflows and recommend improvements that enhance transparency, usability, and governance maturity.
  • Support cross-functional teams with requirements gathering, issue resolution, and governance-related documentation.
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by helping align governance processes with evolving business and technology needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with data governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica, or other enterprise data catalog platforms.
  • Strong understanding of metadata management, data lineage, data quality, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders in data-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with data governance concepts, compliance standards, and enterprise data management practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis platforms is considered a plus.
