Job Description
We’re looking for Telemedicine Site Coordinators who are excited to support specialty consultation services and help ensure a seamless experience for patients and providers. In this role, you’ll coordinate scheduling and registration activities, provide patient and provider support, collect and analyze data, and assist with telemedicine operations. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate telemedicine specialty consultations, scheduling, registration, and patient services

Support patients, providers, and remote sites throughout telemedicine encounters

Maintain and follow telemedicine policies and procedures

Collect, analyze, and report operational and financial data to meet reporting deadlines

Provide basic technical support for telemedicine systems and escalate complex issues as appropriate

Develop and maintain positive relationships with community organizations, providers, and partner agencies

Complete project assignments accurately and efficiently while meeting established deadlines
-
Maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgment in all interactions
Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with physicians, clinical staff, technical teams, patients, and external organizations to deliver effective telemedicine services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications

Experience in healthcare and/or a community organization

Proven ability to develop positive community relations and coordinate effectively with healthcare providers and agencies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer skills with the ability to learn telemedicine systems and technology requirements

Ability to provide basic technical support and troubleshoot routine issues

Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills
-
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports

Demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy, tact, and discretion when working with diverse individuals

Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and follow through on projects with minimal supervision

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise mature judgment

Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
