As a Data Infrastructure Administrator, you will play a critical role in building, managing, and optimizing modern data platforms that power analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. • Administer, configure, and govern enterprise data platforms, with a strong focus on Snowflake environments, including user management, role-based access control (RBAC), warehouse optimization, and platform scalability.
• Manage and support additional components of the data ecosystem, including data integration, transformation, orchestration, monitoring, and analytics technologies.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability across data platforms.
• Implement and maintain data security controls, including access governance, data masking, row-level security, compliance measures, and identity provider integrations.
• Automate operational processes using scripting and programming tools to streamline administration, monitoring, user provisioning, and maintenance activities.
• Track infrastructure utilization, storage consumption, and operational costs while implementing strategies to maximize efficiency and control expenses.
• Support data governance initiatives by ensuring data quality, platform stability, and adherence to security and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve platform capabilities, and deliver scalable data infrastructure solutions.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data infrastructure administration, platform operations, or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience administering modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or comparable cloud-based data technologies.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for automation, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Experience managing cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Solid understanding of data governance, security frameworks, compliance requirements, and access management best practices.
• Experience with tools and technologies such as dbt, Airflow, Spark, Terraform, or similar data engineering and orchestration platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify performance issues and implement scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
