This role sits at the center of regional growth strategy, responsible for driving high-impact marketing initiatives across Brazil and selected territories within Latin America. You will own the design and execution of integrated go-to-market programs that directly influence pipeline generation, customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell opportunities. Working closely with sales, alliances, and channel partners, you will translate regional business priorities into scalable marketing campaigns that strengthen brand presence and accelerate revenue growth. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring strong alignment across global and regional teams. You will also play a key role in adapting corporate messaging for local markets while ensuring consistency and impact across all channels. This is a highly visible position with direct influence on business outcomes, performance metrics, and regional market expansion.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual go-to-market marketing plans across Brazil and supporting territories to drive net-new customer acquisition, retention, and pipeline growth.
  • Translate regional business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and ensure alignment with global campaigns and priorities.
  • Lead integrated marketing initiatives including demand generation, digital campaigns, email nurturing, and virtual or in-person events.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, channel, and alliance partners to support revenue goals and improve lead conversion performance.
  • Adapt and localize corporate messaging and marketing materials, ensuring cultural and market relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and vendor coordination to performance tracking and post-campaign analysis.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics using CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners while ensuring strong project governance and budget adherence.
  • Support operational excellence in marketing execution through strong project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation or regional marketing within a high-growth technology or cybersecurity environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including sales teams, channel partners, and external agencies.
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, lead generation, and event marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize marketing programs accordingly.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at regional and global levels.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English required; Spanish is considered a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel 20–25% to support regional marketing initiatives.
  • Proactive, curious, and innovation-driven profile with a strong interest in continuous improvement and growth marketing.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with market-leading standards, including base salary and equity opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and mental wellness programs to support employee wellbeing.
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and generous leave policies including parental and adoption leave.
  • Fully remote flexibility with the ability to work from anywhere within Brazil.
  • Professional development opportunities and career growth programs at all levels.
  • Access to employee resource groups, community initiatives, and volunteering opportunities.
  • Dynamic, inclusive, and mission-driven work culture focused on innovation and impact.
  • Recognition as a certified global Great Place to Work.
