Position: Warehouse Selector (Entry Level)Pay: $11-13/hr + attendance & productivity incentivesShift: Multiple shifts available

What You’ll DoWarehouse Selectors pick orders in the warehouse and prepare products for shipping. This role is essential to keeping operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Select products from assigned warehouse locations using a pick slip

Read and match product descriptions and units of measure

Pack products correctly to prevent damage

Mark load numbers and note missing or unavailable items

Handle orders in sequence and maintain accuracy

Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Arrive on time and complete tasks safely and efficiently

Cross-train in related warehouse tasks as needed

Physical RequirementsRegular standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting

Lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Work near moving machinery

Work in normal warehouse conditions; some roles require cooler or freezer environments (PPE provided)

Work EnvironmentFast-paced warehouse setting

Moderate noise

Some exposure to outdoor elements

Freezer selectors use company-provided gear (suits, gloves, face/hood protection)
