This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Program Manager - REMOTE. This role has a significant impact on overseeing projects related to innovative energy solutions from initiation to completion. It involves ensuring smooth transitions of customer contracts into internal projects, fostering collaborative relationships across various departments, and serving as the primary customer liaison. Engaging with customers and providing exceptional support are key aspects of this role. You'll be integral in developing project plans and managing customer interactions to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.Accountabilities

• Work independently and with the business development team to engage customers, provide work estimates, develop statements of work, and provide input to customer contracts.
• Act as the project manager to transition signed customer contracts into internal projects, coordinating work with customers and directing internal teams.
• Provide customer support, including technical information about designs while maintaining sensitivity to appropriate detail.
• Set up thin clients and manage virtual machines in a customer-facing production environment, ensuring necessary hardware resources are available.
• Travel to domestic or international locations to support E2 center installations and training.
• Participate in demonstrations at trade shows and industry events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of responsible experience in Computer Science or Engineering; high-level knowledge of relevant systems is essential.
• Project management experience preferred with a strong ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to communicate technical details clearly and establish strong customer relationships.
• Understanding of ISO-9001 quality assurance standards.
• Eligible to work under Department of Energy regulations.
