Pay Range: $120,000 - $190,000 per year

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Required:

• APSHO Cancer Therapy Prescribing Course Certificate OR AOCNP Certification required to prescribe chemotherapy biotherapy
• Graduate from Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of New Jersey
• Masters prepared in Nursing from an accredited program
• BLS and ACLS certified
• 1 to 2 years heme malignancy experience preferred
• CDS and DEA

Scheduling Requirements:

• Inpatient Role
• Full Time 40 Hours
• 13 hr shifts
• Weekend Rotation

Essential Functions:

• Performs comprehensive initial and episodic health assessments in order to identify existing or potential health problems,
• Initiates and implements individualized nursing and medical plan of care in collaboration with members of multidisciplinary team
• Initiates appropriate diagnostic, therapeutic, medical and nursing actions in conjunction with physicians
• Provides follow up care including, acute and routine examinations
• Assesses progress, identify problems, initiate preventive measures, recognizes emergent problems and initiates proper care in collaboration with physicians
• Monitors and adjusts patients medication according to protocol or medical plan of care including adequate pain control
