- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, managing expectations, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee clarity on scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee project governance, ensuring adherence to schedules, resource allocation, and delivery standards
- Monitor project progress and proactively communicate status updates, risks, and blockers to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and financial sustainability
- Control scope changes, ensuring proper change management processes are followed and impacts are assessed
- Support pricing strategies and project structuring to ensure commercial viability and margin adherence
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or project coordination roles
- Proven experience interacting with clients and executive-level stakeholders, including delivering presentations and status updates
- Fluent Spanish communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities in complex environments
- Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to make structured and timely decisions
- Clear and assertive communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new contexts, tools, and business models
- Experience in B2B environments is a strong plus
- Previous experience in the education sector is considered a differentiator
