Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews

- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy

- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures

- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs

- Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed

- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience in HR coordination or administrative support preferred

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software

- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
