An expanding construction organization is seeking experienced construction professionals to lead diverse building and infrastructure initiatives from concept through completion. These positions support a wide range of project delivery methods and construction environments, including renovations, facility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, negotiated work, task-order contracts, and design-build projects.
Successful candidates will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, field coordination, and client communication while ensuring successful project execution and financial performance.

This position is intended for experienced leaders responsible for larger, more technically demanding projects involving increased financial oversight, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making.

- Experience with design-build delivery, value engineering, and advanced project controls
- Familiarity with negotiated contracts and government construction programs preferred
- Direct projects from preconstruction through final turnover and warranty completion
- Develop execution strategies that support schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives
- Coordinate activities among field operations, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and clients
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders
- Build and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or comparable scheduling tools
- Evaluate schedule performance and implement corrective actions when milestones are at risk
- Coordinate sequencing strategies to maintain efficient project progress
- Prepare estimates, pricing updates, scope revisions, and change-order documentation
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, billings, and cost performance
- Support procurement efforts, subcontract negotiations, and contract administration activities
- Review vendor and subcontractor payment applications for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate safety performance, quality standards, and construction progress
- Verify compliance with project specifications, permitting requirements, inspections, and regulatory obligations
- Identify constructability challenges and develop practical solutions that improve project outcomes
- Assist with mentoring and developing less-experienced project personnel
- Support company initiatives related to safety, quality assurance, and environmental compliance
- Participate in industry organizations, networking opportunities, and professional development programs
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
- Equivalent industry experience may be considered in place of formal education
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project delivery practices
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, subcontract administration, budgeting, and project controls
- Ability to review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contractual documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and construction management software platforms
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to access active construction sites and navigate uneven terrain
- Capable of climbing ladders, walking extended distances, and performing site inspections
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Willingness to work in both office and field environments depending on project needs
- Experience supporting public-sector or government-funded construction projects
- Knowledge of IDIQ, JOC, design-build, and accelerated project delivery approaches
- Experience with line-item estimating methodologies
- OSHA 30 certification
- First Aid and CPR certifications
- USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Control (CQC) certification preferred
- Professional credentials such as Associate Constructor (AC), Certified Professional Constructor (CPC), Professional Engineer (PE), or related certifications are highly regarded
