What You’ll Do

As our OEM Cell Leader, you will:

• Lead day-to-day production activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet targets and timelines
• Oversee operations including MIG/TIG welding, CNC laser cutting, and brake press work
• Coordinate equipment setup, tooling, and material flow
• Ensure consistent use of standard work and visual controls
• Monitor product quality and drive corrective actions when needed
• Support and coach team members while managing workload and shift transitions
• Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate cross-functionally
• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture

What You Bring

• High School Diploma (post-secondary in manufacturing or industrial tech is an asset)
• 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing is considered an asset
• Previous leadership or team lead experience (1–3 years preferred)
• Hands-on experience with:
  • MIG/TIG welding
  • CNC laser operations
  • Brake press equipment
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and Microsoft 365
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support multiple shifts if needed
