- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Outpatient
- No Call
- EMR is Epic
- Active Georgia Medical License
- 2+ Years Experience as Optometrist
- Clean Malpractice History & Criminal Record
- Availability to start as soon as credentialed
