This role is critical for ensuring the seamless operation and reliability of cloud-native systems and applications. The right candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining automated infrastructures, collaborating with engineering teams to enhance system performance and efficiency. We seek someone who is proactive and hands-on, with a passion for DevOps practices and a strong foundation in cloud services. • Configure and operate monitoring, logging, and tracing tools to enhance application performance.
• Build operational dashboards and automation workflows for system reliability and uptime.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, implementing necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to design and implement robust systems.
• Write and maintain automation tasks to streamline infrastructure processes.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for incident response and root cause analysis.
• Implement security and compliance best practices across infrastructure.
• Manage AWS EKS Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or related fields.
• Familiarity with SRE concepts such as SLI/SLOs and Golden Signals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes in areas like monitoring, deployment, and scaling.
• Deep understanding of AWS services including EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitHub Actions.
• Scripting expertise in Bash Shell.
• Solid knowledge of Docker and container registries.
• Proficiency with Linux-based systems and troubleshooting.
