- Build, lead, and mentor full-stack engineering teams across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and senior leadership to define a quarterly roadmap and deliver high-impact features
- Drive technical excellence through architectural guidance, code quality standards, and engineering best practices
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the card product, including development, deployment, and operational support
- Contribute to recruitment and talent development, identifying and attracting top engineering talent
- Participate hands-on in code, technical documentation, incident management, and troubleshooting as needed
- Ensure scalable, reliable, and secure systems in distributed, multi-tenant environments
- Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management
- Experience building or managing card products or financial services platforms at scale
- Strong understanding of engineering best practices, high-quality code, and software development processes
- Demonstrated ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term execution
- Experience with distributed systems, multi-tenant architectures, and operational excellence
- Hands-on technical capability for coding, reviews, or troubleshooting as needed
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, fostering high-performing teams
- Passion for building open financial systems and delivering exceptional consumer experiences
- Nice to have: experience with blockchain, crypto, or onchain platforms, including Ethereum or dApps
