• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and management reports.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
• Ensure seamless integration of financial systems and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, promoting professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• At least 3-5 years in a Controller or senior financial management role.
• Advanced expertise in Excel and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
