Previous commission-based sales experienceA strong understanding of the automotive sales processPride in your work with a team-first attitudeConfidence, professionalism, and ambition

Key Responsibilities:

Sell new and pre-owned vehiclesMeet and exceed monthly and annual sales targetsUpdate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems dailyCommunicate regularly with past and current customersProvide accurate and precise vehicle and financing informationTake direction from experienced sales leadersBe goal-driven, coachable, and ready to winBe a key contributor to a championship sales teamRequirements:

Ability to learn and follow dealership sales policies and procedures2+ years of sales experience (preferred)Strong computer skills and CRM familiarityWorking knowledge of Word, Excel, and OutlookPositive mindset and high self-confidenceStrong time management and self-motivationCoachable, trainable, and detail-orientedCustomer-focused with excellent communication skillsFlexible availability, including Saturdays and on-callValid Driver’s License requiredWhy choose us!
