INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST in Paget at Bermuda Hospital

Key responsibilities include:

• Supports the implementation of the enterprise network architecture framework including the technology architecture, policies, standards and best practices.
• Assists with the implementation of Microsoft Windows Server Operating System and core infrastructure services such as Active Directory (AD) and all associated topology.
• Learn new technologies, identifies those that may benefit company and evaluates their potential integration into current solutions; considers impact to current production systems when evaluating new technologies.
• Supports Active Directory (AD) documentation, standards, policies and procedures.
• Assists with AD migration and technical support for AD infrastructure in a 7x24 environment.
• With support, implements new infrastructure into the operational and Clinical environment.
• With support, Installs, supports and maintains server, SAN storage environment. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, patching and upgrading all IT Server and storage equipment while ensuring its optimal performance.
• With support implements, manages and operates the worldwide Active Directory and IT infrastructure.

Qualifications &/ Registration required:

• Associate’s degree or diploma in technology or health information/informatics, OR
• High school diploma with completion of the BHB Digital Health Trainee Program.
• Understanding of technology hardware components (e.g., computers, mobile phones, wireless devices, printers, peripherals).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Ability to work with guidance, remain calm under pressure, and overcome obstacles.
• Adaptability to multiple, changing priorities or situations.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills at all levels within the organization.

Schedule: 35 hours per week.

Salary Grade: BP 19 – 21 – Starting Salary $63,315.88 per annum ($37.5362 per hour)
