What You'll Do

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations for the Orlando facility, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
2. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, equipment, and supplies for accuracy and quality.
3. Maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations supporting Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville operations.
4. Monitor inventory usage and replenishment need to ensure material availability while minimizing excess stock.
5. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
6. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and variances.
7. Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency, accessibility, and inventory control.
8. Ensure compliance with company safety standards, warehouse procedures, and inventory management practices.

1. Source materials, equipment, and supplies from approved vendors while maintaining quality and cost standards.
2. Create, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
3. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to support project and service requirements.
4. Monitor vendor performance, pricing, lead times, and product availability.
5. Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and purchasing agreements to maximize value and support company goals.
6. Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials arrive on schedule to support operational needs.
7. Work closely with operations, service, and project teams to forecast material requirements and procurement needs.
