This role is focused on making AI tools practical, secure, and widely adopted across an organization by embedding them directly into real business workflows.
You will act as a hands-on enabler of AI adoption, identifying high-impact opportunities where AI can accelerate work across product, operations, support, engineering, sales, and internal teams.
The position blends technical execution with deep user empathy, ensuring tools don’t just exist but are actually used effectively by non-technical teams.
You will evaluate, configure, and deploy AI systems ranging from copilots and automation tools to lightweight integrations and internal utilities.
A key part of the role involves removing friction around access, setup, and compliance so teams can seamlessly adopt AI in a secure environment.
This is a highly cross-functional and hands-on role where speed, curiosity, and practical execution directly translate into measurable productivity gains across the business.
- Evaluate, select, and deploy AI tools and platforms that improve productivity across business functions, ensuring smooth configuration, secure integration, and strong adoption.
- Identify high-impact workflows across product, engineering, operations, sales, and support teams that can be accelerated or automated using AI capabilities.
- Configure and maintain AI tooling infrastructure, including authentication, access control, and compliance requirements in regulated environments.
- Build lightweight scripts, integrations, and automations (including MCP-style connectors where needed) to bridge gaps between off-the-shelf tools and real-world workflows.
- Reduce friction for non-technical users by simplifying setup, packaging environments, and enabling self-service access to AI tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into working AI-powered solutions.
- Create clear documentation, training materials, and enablement resources to drive adoption and ensure consistent usage across teams.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and iterate on AI tools and workflows based on user feedback and performance needs.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and proactively introduce new capabilities that improve efficiency and output quality.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, IT, product enablement, or technical operations roles involving hands-on systems building or automation work.
- Strong understanding of modern AI tooling, including LLMs, coding assistants, automation platforms, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying or managing tools in secure or compliance-sensitive environments (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, enterprise security contexts).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure such as identity management (SSO, OAuth, SCIM), secrets management, or cloud platforms.
- Ability to build lightweight tools, scripts, or integrations to extend AI capabilities into real workflows.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on removing operational friction and enabling adoption at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical, usable solutions for non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, identify opportunities proactively, and deliver tools that achieve real organizational adoption.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and domains in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
- Competitive base salary aligned with experience, skills, and location.
- Equity opportunities and performance-based bonus eligibility.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- Mental health support and wellness programs, including flexible work culture and time-off policies.
- Remote-first work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
- Paid parental leave for all parents and family support benefits.
- Professional development support including learning resources, training, and mentorship opportunities.
- Reimbursement for home office setup and productivity tools.
- Inclusive, collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
