Accountabilities:

  • Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies, identifying risks, conflicts, and potential delays while proactively proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Support scenario planning and “what-if” analysis to evaluate project timelines, resource needs, and alternative execution strategies across multiple programs and therapeutic areas.

  • Track progress against key project milestones, highlighting critical path activities and supporting decision-making through timely reporting and analysis.
  • Contribute to portfolio-level planning by providing accurate scheduling and resource data to support governance and strategic decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, reporting standards, and cross-functional coordination practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in project planning, project management, or portfolio coordination within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling principles, resource forecasting, and cross-functional program coordination.
  • Experience using planning and reporting tools such as MS Project, OnePager, Planisware, Spotfire, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to analyze complex project data, identify risks, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and facilitation skills with experience working in cross-functional global teams.
  • PMP certification is considered an asset but not required.
  • Familiarity with clinical development, regulatory submission planning, or product launch environments is highly desirable.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary aligned with industry standards
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one
  • Remote work flexibility across Canada (Quebec and Ontario regions included)
  • Opportunity to work on impactful clinical development programs improving global healthcare outcomes
  • Exposure to global, cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment
  • Career development opportunities in project leadership and clinical operations planning
  • Access to modern planning and analytics tools supporting advanced project execution.
