Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Depot Operations Associate to support daily depot and vehicle operations in a fast-paced environment. This role combines operational support, vehicle preparation, basic technical tasks, and facility organization to ensure vehicles and equipment are fully ready for each shift.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with technology, and able to follow operational and safety procedures consistently.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare vehicles for daily operations, including software setup and operational checks
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with minor technical adjustments
- Support vehicle calibration and EV charging preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and depot work areas
- Follow startup and end-of-shift operational procedures
- Monitor systems and report technical or operational issues
- Assist with packaging, shipping, and inventory tracking of equipment
- Support parking lot organization and vehicle movement within depot areas
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and operational standards
- Valid EU/EEA Category B driver’s license
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience
- Fluent Spanish and professional level English communication skills
- Comfortable using laptops, smartphones, and Google Workspace tools
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow operational procedures
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 kg
- Ability to pass background checks and driving record verification
- Willingness to complete drug and alcohol testing if required
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
