Job Description
Digital Brand Architects (DBA) is looking for a motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual for the Talent Assistant position within the Talent Management team. This role is administrative in nature and provides day-to-day operational, logistical, and organizational support to two Managers on the Talent Management team and their rosters of managed talent.
Compensation: $26.50 hourly
Requirements:Essential Functions
· Provide administrative support to the Talent Managers and their talent rosters, including calendar coordination, scheduling, call sheets, and meeting notes
· Arrange and coordinate travel for the Talent Managers and/or their talent
· Maintain internal databases, trackers, and filing systems for contracts, campaigns, invoices, and deliverables
· Maintain talent contact information and metrics on one-sheets
· Update decks, presentations, and case studies
· Work closely with other teams and clients on all partnerships to ensure talent campaigns are seamlessly activated
· Work with the finance department to ensure invoices are submitted accurately and on time
· Additional duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned

Required Experience
· 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience in a related field (i.e. Talent Management, PR, Marketing)
· Previous talent agency or related industry experience is preferred but not required
· Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume email/workload
· Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented work style
· Ability to work against deadlines
· A passion for social media and an interest in developing talent relationships
· Knowledge of AI platforms, and how to use to create systems and work efficiently
· QuickBase and Salesforce experience is preferred but not required
· Traffic analysis tools experience (ex. CreatorIQ) is preferred but not required
· A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Box, G Suite, Zoom, Mac, Outlook, Slack, Adobe, and/or other tools and technology
