STARTING SALARY OF $50,000 - $65,000 PER YEAR BASED ON EXPERIENCE + BONUS!

Green Queen Pest Control is looking for a Service Manager to help deliver high-quality, environmentally responsible pest control solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, coaching field technicians, and ensuring excellent service experiences for customers while growing their expertise in the pest control industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise field technicians and oversee all pest control services performed
• Conduct daily technician meetings to review performance, service quality, and expectations
• Prepare daily performance metrics and service updates prior to meetings
• Ensure technicians are fully equipped with supplies, tools, and equipment before dispatch
• Serve as the primary contact for service-related questions from field staff and office team
• Manage fleet vehicles, equipment, and technician supplies
• Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections during technician meetings
• Document and address vehicle or equipment damage, including disciplinary recommendations when needed
• Coordinate repair approvals and maintenance needs with the Branch Manager

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and accountability skills
• Ability to address performance issues professionally and consistently
• Experience in field service operations, fleet oversight, or related industries is a plus
• Commitment to environmentally responsible pest control practices and customer satisfaction
