As an Electronic Health Records Systems (EHRS) Specialist, you help make that possible. You ensure the EHR and related workflows function the way they should—supporting co-workers in doing their jobs effectively and helping create a more consistent experience for clients.

What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day work centers on supporting and improving the EHR and related workflows—ensuring they function reliably for the people who depend on them.
On a Typical Week, You Will:
- Provide technical support to EHR users, resolving issues and ensuring timely follow-through
- Build and maintain EHR resources, including guides, training materials, and system documentation
- Train new staff on EHR workflows, processes, and best practices
- Deliver ongoing training and support to strengthen staff confidence and system use
- Manage employee setup and access within the EHR system
- Investigate system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors
- Review EHR forms, templates, and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support system updates, enhancements, and limited development work as needed
- Serve as a liaison between IT, clinical, administrative, and billing teams
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with documentation standards
- Support reporting needs and assist with required state or regulatory submissions
- Maintain a strong understanding of confidentiality requirements, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2

Compensation
- $29.66–$34.11 per hour for a 32-hour workweek
- Equivalent to approximately $49,354.24–$56,757.38 annually, not including any additional hours worked
Work-Life Balance
- Four-day workweek (32 hours) for all ARC staff
- 10 paid holidays each year. Many convert to floating holidays if worked or if they fall on your regular day off
- Vacation and sick time begin accruing immediately. Up to three weeks of vacation and two weeks of sick time earned during your first year.
Health Coverage (ICHRA Model)
As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following your first 30 days of employment.
