Position Summary.

Fisher’s Technology is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator, to support the execution of marketing initiatives, brand visibility efforts, event coordination, content creation, and communications across the organization. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys balancing project coordination, creative production, and cross-functional collaboration. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with event logistics, support creating digital and print content, maintaining internal communication channels, and ensuring consistent brand representation across multiple platforms and locations.

Responsibilities include coordinating company events and trade shows, supporting social media and digital marketing efforts, assisting with video content creation, supporting corporate branding assets such as vehicle wraps and building signage, maintaining internal website content, and providing marketing support to teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, adaptable, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment. They possess strong communication and organizational skills, are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and enjoy contributing ideas that enhance both the customer and employee experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support marketing initiatives across 13 markets throughout Idaho, Utah, Washington, and Montana.
  • Assist with planning, logistics, and execution of company events, trade shows, community engagement activities, and internal programs.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications.
  • Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials including flyers, presentations, signage, digital graphics, and promotional assets.
  • Assist with video production projects and create short-form video content for social media, recruiting, internal communications, and marketing initiatives.
  • Support social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement efforts.
  • Coordinate corporate branding projects including vehicle wraps, building signage, and other visual brand assets.
  • Maintain and update internal website content and communications resources.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, HR, and leadership teams to support marketing and communication objectives.
  • Supports internal communications and employee-focused messaging initiatives.
  • Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
  • Provide backup support for administrative and engagement-related functions as needed.
  • Support additional marketing, communications, and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:

Experience Required

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, content creation, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Experience creating marketing materials, social media content, or other digital communications assets.
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, trade shows, or company-sponsored activities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and follow-through skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media, recruiting, or marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with graphic design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
  • Experience maintaining website content using a content management system (CMS) or intranet platform.
  • Experience supporting internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, or corporate communications.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, or project management platforms.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, signage projects, promotional materials, vehicle wraps, or branded assets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
