Summary of Position:

Maintain Quail Run Association grounds by performing minor, extensive and routine up-keep on a continual basis.

Qualifications

• 0 – 7 years of experience
• Fertilizing and general grounds maintenance experience, preferred

Essential Duties

• Common Grounds
  1. Sweep all entrances
  2. Grass cutting
  3. Shrub trimming
  4. Empty trash cans located around plaza building
  5. Water plaza area
  6. Weed plaza planter beds
  7. Sweep all streets
  8. Hand water greens as needed
  9. Sweep underground parking area
  10. Prune plaza planter beds
  11. Power wash bricks and walls of Bar, Grill and Portal
  12. Mow lawns, operate weed eaters, mulch planter beds, and blowers

• Homeowner Requests
  1. Handle waters pots for Homeowners at plaza units, when requested
  2. Yard clean-up for Homeowners, when requested
  3. Clean shop and equipment

Physical Demands

Lifting 50 lbs. with frequent lifting and or carrying of objects weighing up to 30 lbs. Requires waiting, walking, or standing to a significant degree. Reaching, handling, cutting, trimming, pruning, etc.
