The role is essential for driving the success of the 340B program across various entities, focusing on delivering comprehensive analyses that maximize performance. Accountabilities
  • Develop working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to maximize program performance.
  • Provide insights for assigned analysis projects supporting various stakeholders.
  • Support urgent data inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage and deliver sensitive findings effectively.
  • Demonstrate expertise in V340B platform features generating analysis requests.
  • Serve as an expert resource for key platforms like V340B and VHUB.
  • Manage routine reporting efforts, including manufacturer impact and replenishment reporting.
  • Perform data file remediations as required for stakeholder relations.
  • Utilize internal databases to support analysis and data requests.
  • Summarize reporting to highlight analytical findings and fiscal impacts.
Requirements
  • BA or BS in Business or Healthcare field or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years experience in Financial Analysis, Auditing, or Business Analytics.
  • Familiarity with 340B analytics is a plus.
  • Experience with Studio 3T and database structures is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Solid analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience identifying and solving existing and future problems.
  • Ability to assist customers effectively, demonstrating real concern.
  • Independently learn and research to understand the 340B program.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple competing priorities.
